The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC) is inviting tenders for their hotel booking contract to provide a service to clients and delegates
The contract will be for three years and it is expected that the successful agency may book up to 3500 room nights or more, per year.
Sue Etherington, Commercial Director, The QEIICC said: “We are looking for a hotel booking agent partner in order to create a preferred supplier relationship so that we can offer a seamless venue and accommodation booking service to our clients."
"We will be looking for a company who will work with us to provide the best possible service for organisers and delegates in the provision of packages for accommodation, travel and leisure.”
The current contract expires at the end of April 2012. The number of service providers invited to tender will be 5 to 15 and the closing date for tenders is 31st January 2012.
