Created by the Business Solutions team at Disneyland Paris, each new private-dinner event is an unforgettable evening of cuisine, entertainment and memories for groups of 50 to 360 attendees.
For meeting professionals, the broad range of Disney venues translates into unsurpassed variety, affordability and ease of execution.
Each dinner is a complete event that is perfect for a meeting opener/closer, networking session or as a reward for top performers. Congress and exhibit-show managers will also find the dinners are popular with exhibitors who want to host private evenings for top clients.
“These new dinner options address the planner’s need for events that are both affordable and creative,” said Eloi Courcoux, director of Business Solutions for Disneyland Paris. “And while they offer spectacular value, they also make attendees feel like true VIPs. Nothing says ‘special’ like a private event inside a Disney theme park.”
Each dinner venue is elaborately detailed and painstakingly recreates a specific time and location – settings as diverse as old Mexico, the mythical kingdom of Agrabah, the world of tomorrow and many others. These backdrops can set the stage for an evening escape, or they can be a strategic part of a broader meeting or event theme.
The Business Solutions team enhances the dinner with a wide array of entertainment options. Talented Disney musicians, singers, improve actors, and animators are available to bring music, interaction and fun to the event.
Planners can also privatize signature theme park attractions for the evening. Imagine setting sail with Pirates of the Caribbean or rocketing through the galaxy in Discoveryland or plummeting 13 stories on the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Pricing for private group dinners begins at €79* per person, excluding VAT, and includes:
• Exclusive theme park access for up to three hours after park closing,
• The diner (3 courses) and ½ bottle of wine per person
• Live musical entertainment,
• Event hosts/hostesses to escort the group throughout the evening.
Other enhancements, including cocktail receptions and privatization of theme park attractions, are available for an additional fee.
