ACC Liverpool, home to BT Convention Centre, has launched a campaign to benefit event planners looking to book conferences and save money following the increase in VAT this year.
For events booked with ACC Liverpool between now and 31st March 2011, bookers will receive a discount on rental fees to match the increase in VAT, regardless of when the event is to take place.
The venue sales team will be promoting the campaign at International Confex this year, reaching out to event buyers who want to save money without compromising the quality of their event
Jacquie Rogers, General Manager, BT Convention Centre Liverpool said, “The VAT campaign is part of our venue pledge to offer past, present and potential clients the best value that we possibly can."
"This initiative is a short term campaign to cushion the blow of January’s VAT rise, with event buyers able to take advantage of the campaign now regardless of when their event takes place.”
Jacquie Rogers will be hosting a seminar on ‘Safety in Numbers – the emerging significance of security of events’ on Tuesday 1st March at 11:15am.
ACC Liverpool will exhibit at International Confex on stand B240.
