With GroupMAX ME's new sub-block dashboards, event affiliates such as exhibitors, sponsors and sports teams can better manage their specific slice of an event with live snapshots of critical event information, key milestone dates and a built-in booking engine and message center.
The new sub-block request tool will help automate the entire life-cycle of event housing, eliminating the need to process paper sub-block requests and allowing customization of room block requests by hotel, rate, location and room type preferences. This promises to streamline the process and drastically reduce contractual risks and attrition exposure.
