Online meeting room portal Meetingsbooker.com now offers over 2,000 meeting rooms available to book online in 19 countries.
The site which was launched just eighteen months ago allows you to compare rates for meeting rooms and either book online or receive instant quotes.
With meeting rooms from Beijing to Amsterdam, Meetingsbooker.com now receives over 10,000 monthly visitors.
“We are delighted with the growth to date, the site is proving very popular with corporate clients and associations as it acts as a marketplace for meeting rooms which saves them time and money sourcing meeting space” CEO, Ciaran Delaney.
The performance based revenue model is also proving popular with hotels and venues including Hilton, Sheraton and Radisson Blu.
Venues can join for free and are only charged an annual listing fee after they receive confirmed bookings. Ciaran explains, “We receive venues registering online everyday as we only charge our listing fee after we have delivered return on investment”.
In addition to adding meeting rooms to www.meetingsbooker.com, venues can also use a white label version of the software on their own website. The software is designed to deliver direct online meeting room bookings with an option to display availability or provide instant quotes.
