Ana Vainstein has been appointed as Sales Director Latin America at Kuoni Connect, the unit of Kuoni Destination Management specialised in online distribution.
Ana Vainstein will join Kuoni Connect on 15 January 2010 as Sales Director Latin America. She brings with her a wealth of experience in the area of sales.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management in 1983, she held many sales related positions in various companies in the travel and airline sectors.
Most recently and to date, she was employed by AlliedTPro, the unit of Kuoni Destination Management in the USA, as Director of Sales Latin America and Caribbean.
In her function as Sales Director Latin America for Kuoni Connect, she succeeds Alessandro Grifone, who held this position on an interim basis.
Ana Vainstein will be responsible for further strengthening and developing Kuoni Connect's position in the Latin American markets by leveraging relationships with existing clients and generating business from new accounts.
She will be based in Miami and report to Frank Woeller, Head of Sales & Marketing, who is based in Zurich.
