Steve Mackenzie Named VP Global Sales At etouches

steve-mackenzieetouches, an event management software platform, announced the appointment of Steve Mackenzie to Vice President of Global Sales.

In this role, Mackenzie will lead direct sales and channel partner programs across etouches’ corporate, nonprofit, association and higher education market verticals.

Mackenzie most recently headed up his own event technology consulting firm to aid marketers, event planners and show organizers with technology purchasing decisions.

Mackenzie learned the event industry first-hand through his extensive hospitality background. With roles in operations, sales and marketing, Mackenzie consistently grew each respective business.

His ability to improve processes and provide top-line growth landed him a role as Director of Operations at Micros-Fidelio where he contributed to their 1000% growth in the time he was there.

Ungerboeck Systems International recognized Mackenzie’s skill and hired him in 1998 where he progressed from Managing Director Asia-Pacific to Vice President of Global Marketing over his 12-year tenure. Mackenzie went on to join web company ASP Events and grow their global event software business.
