Effective November 16, 2009, Marty MacKay has been named President of GEP Philly, in addition to her current role as President of GEP Washington and GEP Baltimore.
Based in Washington, DC, MacKay will continue to be responsible for all sales, marketing and operations for all three companies.
GEP Philly’s office will still be located in downtown Philadelphia and the current sales and operation teams will remain in place, continuing the high level of service and quality for all clients bringing programs to Philadelphia.
“I am excited about this opportunity and look forward to expanding my role and responsibilities with GEP, while working with the exceptional team in Philly. I expect a smooth transition since there is already great synergy between our existing teams in Washington, Baltimore and Philadelphia.” states MacKay.

MacKay joined GEP in 2001 bringing with her more than ten years of meeting planning experience from MCI/WorldCom. She has senior management experience in all aspects of the event industry, including incentive and recognition programs; company-wide sales meetings, and international meetings. MacKay resides in Virginia with her husband and two children.
