Lime Venue Portfolio have appointed Richard Fisher and Maria Scullion to head up its management team at Dartmouth House in Mayfair.
Richard joins as general manager and previously managed Stationers’ Hall, another of Lime Venue Portfolio’s properties.
Maria takes on the role of sales manager and has joined from a diverse sales background.
Both new members will be responsible for re-establishing the venues position as one of Mayfair’s most sought after locations for weddings and corporate events.
Fisher brings with him a 5* hotel background and will lead the 350 capacity venue into a new direction as general manager, strengthening its position as a leading Central London venue.
His enviable hospitality credentials include training from the Ritz, pre-opening Brown’s Hotel and more recently managing the team at the 400 capacity historic Stationers’ Hall in St Paul’s.
Sales manager Scullion relocates from Birmingham where she worked in various sales roles, her most recent being at the city centre Millennium Copthorne Hotel selling the 211 bedrooms and 13 meeting rooms.
Her lead into the industry began at Sheffield Hallam University where she studied Tourism management. Scullion will concentrate on forming a clear, strategic sales strategy for Dartmouth House and approach new business from various angles.
Dartmouth House is an exclusive grade II listed Mayfair mansion which is ideal for civil weddings, cocktail parties and summer barbeques as well as business functions. This charming building, is home to The English-Speaking Union, and makes the perfect country house setting, in Central London, for all occasions for 20 - 350 guests.

The announcement comes as the venue successfully launched its series of new packages for 2011 featuring all new dining, day delegate, and wedding packages, which have already been well received by clients.
