Be it the thoughts of a neuroscientist or hospital bugs – every conceivable health topic will be on the agenda at the Medicine and Health Congress in the Capital 2011.
From 11 to 13 May around 8,000 experts and 500 speakers are expected to attend the International Congress Center Berlin (ICC Berlin).
A 150 lectures, workshops and discussions participants will be looking closely at the current and basic issues concerning the German healthcare system.
Under the umbrella of the Health Policy Forum in the Capital three specialist events will be taking place at the Congress in the Capital:
- the Hospital, Clinic and Rehabilitation Management Congress (KKR)
- the German Nursing Congress and the German Medical Forum
- he Medical Technology Avenue at the exhibition forum will be displaying the latest innovations in medical technology.
On 11 May the Congress in the Capital will be opened by Federal Minister of Health Dr. Philipp Rösler, who under the heading of “equal healthcare and nursing support“ will reflect on the current healthcare situation.
