INCON, a global partnership of leading PCOs, has published a further article in its Expert Article series entitled; “Project Management - Managing Client Expectations”.
This article is authored by Edwina Stevens and Joanna Tovey, Project Managers with INCON Partner company arinex pty limited (Sydney).
The article provides expert guidance on establishing effective working relationships with clients and managing client expectations in the context of a professionally run congress.
The authors offer tangible advice to all project managers and highlight the importance of “setting realistic turnaround times and deadlines considering client commitments”.
They also emphasise the need to “understand that sometimes boundaries change and within reason the need to work with the client to adapt”.
