evento Days, the only trade show for the Iberian Peninsula meetings market will be held in IFEMA, Madrid on the 6th and 7th of July.
6,000m2 for inspiration and ideas - This fourth edition of the trade show will have 6,000m2 of exhibition space with the participation of more than 150 exhibitors showcasing the latest and original products and services for meetings.
Some examples are tactile screens; special effects; software for live event streaming; temporary structures (the launch of the first hydraulic tent in Spain); audiovisuals; decoration; materials rental; inspiring venues and destinations.
An education programme decided by meeting planners - The trade show will also be the key meeting point for more than 5,000 professional meeting planners who will attend its high quality education sessions whose themes were also voted online by them.
Some of the topics are “Art and experiential marketing” by José Cantero; Mind Mapping and Networking workshops with Mikah de Waart;… Various agencies will also present their experience on Social networks and Web 2.0 in events and real events as case studies on Creativity in events.
There will also be compact yet impactful hourly sessions on topics such as technology, decoration where planners can get an update on the latest trends and applications.
Networking and face-to-face meetings - The show will also have chill-out areas for professionals to sit and meet each other. There will be activities such as table soccer, air hockey, etc. all to do business in a more informal environment.
