The official opening of the boutique store, Patek Philippe, took place in the Dubai Mall at the end of April. Appointed by Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, VOK DAMS ensured the flagship boutique for the region was launched in style.
VOK DAMS Middle East managed the opening from concept to execution. For the event concept, the theme of family and 'two generations', as per the Patek Philippe advertising, was to be reinforced.
Steering clear of the classic red ribbon cutting, VOK DAMS draped the boutique façade in a white curtain. When the curtain opened to unveil the boutique, guests and media were treated to an energetic performance by a violinist. As such, the store was officially open to the public.
"The ideas that were presented by VOK DAMS were original, yet consistent with our brand image. They gave the perfect touch to the overall ambiance of the event, especially the photography studio, the countdown of the opening, and the violinist coming out of the boutique", said Ms. Dany Kheirallah, Marketing Project Manager at Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons.
The event was attended by some 80 VIP invitees and a selection of media. Among the guests were Mr. Thierry Stern, Patek Philippe Vice President, and Mr. Abdul Hamied Seddiqi, Vice Chairman of Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons.
