With companies demanding higher levels of productivity and efficiency in the workplace, Wyboston Lakes on the Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire border has created an online events booking tool named EventsBroker™ that enables clients to manage their events, at their own convenience, from the enquiry stage through to confirmation.
Wyboston Lakes' booking tool assists both corporate clients and agencies through the entire reservation process. EventsBroker™ allows agents and corporates to view, edit and confirm bookings and check the contract and invoice details from initial enquiry to execution.
The new software, developed in-house, allows companies and businesses to build their own profile and submit as many event accounts as necessary.
Additionally, the system categorises by employee’s name and their level of involvement with each project, resulting in a powerful tool that speeds up the booking process, and reduces the amount of time spent co-ordinating an event.
