The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC), "London’s most prestigious purpose built centre for professional meetings and events", has announced that its production manager, Derek Chalmers, has obtained the PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) certification at Practitioner Level.
The qualification is set to benefit QEIICC clients by providing best practice guidance in all types of projects, particularly product based planning.
It emphasises business justification and rationale, defines organisational structure and provides a framework for dividing projects into smaller, more manageable stages for varied client needs.

Derek’s success in obtaining the highest level PRINCE2 qualification so soon after gaining his CTS qualification is an admirable achievement. Derek successfully passed the Infocomm Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) examination in June of last year.
