The Association Day is an IMEX important networking and educational event where professionals from around the world meet in order to discuss relevant issues about their job and to compare different points of view, experiences and approaches to the business.
The programme of the day includes roundtable sessions organised as follows: there will be 26 tables in the same room with approximately 8-10 participants per table. Association Day participants will be asked to selected 2 topics of their choice for the roundtable sessions.
Each roundtable session lasts 45 mins. At each one of the 26 tables there will be a moderator whose role is to: 1. introduce the topic to the roundtable participants and open the discussion, 2. ensure that the debate moves forward and 3. encourage everyone to actively take part in the conversation (www.imex-frankfurt.com).
This year Emma Aru, president of ega professional congress organisers, will join the moderators’ panel. She will focus on two topics: 1. “Relationship with global organisations” and 2. “Managing PCOs”, presenting interesting examples and sharing her views and experience with the participants.
ega confirms also this year its attendance to IMEX as exhibitor. Representatives of the Italian PCO will be available to visitors in the INCON stand no. B500, with their international network partners and colleagues (www.incon-pco.com).
