In order to improve customer service and keep up with changes within the company, Dubrovnik Travel DMC (DT) has promoted two of its long time employees to executive management positions.
Alexandra Bozovic Marlais has become the DT Sales & Marketing Manager while Nela Selmani has become the DT Quality Control Manager.
Alexandra Bozovic Marlais joined Dubrovnik Travel in 2004 as project manager and capitalized on her American background and education to quickly become the head of department for English speaking markets.
DT’s position as the leading DMC in Croatia and its emerging role as a key PCO in the region lead to the company’s decision to appoint a new Sales & Marketing Manager.
Alexandra was the natural choice for this position because of years of experience with the company, sales background and excellent communication skills. DT is confident that her appointment will fine tune customer service and lead to an increase in sales on a company wide level.
Nela Selmani joined Dubrovnik Travel in 2003 as a Groups and Events Planner and soon became the central administrative figure in the Dubrovnik office.
This promotion is a testament to her hard work and to Dubrovnik Travel’s growth over the past several years. Her new position will entail managing the Head Office as well as becoming the company’s new Quality Control Manager as required by the ISO Standard.
She will be monitoring all aspects of DT activities to ensure that customer service requirements are met and in most cases surpassed. DT is pleased to have such a capable person in charge of such prestigious project within the company.
