Starwood Hotels and Resorts has extended its 'Free Meetings plus Free Nights' meeting package booking period for another month to 31 October 2009.
The deal applies to meetings until 31 March 2010 and meeting planners will earn free meetings and free stays for every three-night residential meeting booked - a savings of up to 50 per cent.
One and two-night residential conference bookings enjoy the meetings component for free.
The offer is available at more than 100 hotels in Asia Pacific in many popular travel and meetings destinations including China, Japan, Korea, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
Participating brands include Westin, Sheraton, St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, aloft, Four Points by Sheraton, Le Méridien and W Hotels.
"The 'Free Meetings plus Free Nights' incentive is Starwood's biggest meetings offer ever," said Alison Taylor, vice president of Sales Starwood Asia Pacific Hotels and Resorts. "We are excited to extend it for another month to help companies planning events and conferences to save costs."
