Leading Australian destination and conference management company ENCORE Business Tourism has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.
“Following the company’s growth and developing client base the process of ISO 9001, is just a natural progression for us. We were pretty well on track with systems and processes, so the assessment and audit process made sure that we are completely in line with requirements.” Said Paulette Crowder, ENCORE’s Managing Director.
“This accreditation will also increase our international profile and we are thrilled to be adding those bright red ticks to our name”.
With Sydney as ENCORE’S HQ the company’s growth has extended into south east Queensland and Melbourne Victoria. This can be attributed to the success of ENCORE Meetings & Events, a division set up to attract national business, to round out the existing international business model.
