Queensland’s best office professionals will be celebrated at a gala breakfast event to be hosted by the Australian Institute of Office Professionals (AIOP) at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on Friday, 1 May 2009.
The Office Professionals Day Breakfast attracts more than 1,000 Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, Secretaries and their Managers from across the public and private sectors.
Highlights of the 2009 Brisbane event are sure to include guest speaker Peter Blasina (known to many as Channel Seven’s The Gadget Guy™) and the announcement of the 2009 Office Professional of the Year by Her Excellency Ms Penelope Wensley AO.
AIOP Queensland Division President, Ms Erika Entz said the breakfast was a great networking opportunity and an ideal way for Managers to reward their hard-working staff.
Ms Entz also encouraged Managers to recognise the efforts of their administrative and office support workers by nominating them for the 2009 Office Professional of the Year Award.
