The 275,000 square-foot mixed-use entertainment complex is situated on 40 acres adjacent to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Details of the projects for the 250,000 square-foot Irving Convention Center feature:
- 50,000 square-foot, column-free exhibition hall
- 20,000 square-foot grand ballroom
- 20,000 square-feet in meeting rooms, including an 8,000 square foot junior ballroom
The adjacent entertainment complex is planned to include:
- A live music stage
- 6,000-person capacity performance venue
- 14 full-service restaurants, entertainment restaurants and clubs
- 12,500 square-feet of chic retail space
The Irving Convention Center will be able to encompass a variety of events and further advance Irving as a thriving destination for social, business, sports, and family events.
