Cordelia Hecko earned the Certified ROI Professional (CRP) designation after completing a five-day workshop offered by the ROI Institute.
By implementing her acquired knowledge in ROI Methodology, Cordelia is able to answer the questions that the meetings industry is faced with today, "what is this meeting costing us and what are we getting in return?"
Additionally, Shelby Greene attained her Certification in Meeting Management (CMM) this year by successfully completing an intensive learning program offered by Meeting Professionals International that focuses on the strategic decision making to manage and deliver meetings and events that drive organizational objectives.
The CMM designation is the most prestigious in the meetings and events industry and Concepts Worldwide employs one-third of those certified in San Diego County.
With the knowledge and skills acquired thought the ROI Institute's Certification program, participants are able to determine the exact cost of the meeting and the return on investment it provided to the company.
Cordelia has been able to use her expertise of the ROI Process Model at Concepts Worldwide to develop objectives at different levels, collect various types of data, isolate the effects of the meeting or event, convert data to monetary values, and tabulate appropriate meeting or event costs, to calculate the ROI for their clients.
