Catalyst launches 'ROI of Engagement' & measures ROI of Motivation Show attendees

CatalystCatalyst Performance Group, Inc. of Appleton, WI launches a new initiative entitled ROI of Engagement designed to help companies build the business case for engagement programs of all types.

The Motivation Show is leading the way by measuring the ROI of attendees for the show scheduled September 29 - October 1 at McCormick Place in Chicago. IL.

In partnership with The ROI Institute of Birmingham, AL, the ROI of Engagement project is designed to illustrate how to bring credible results measurement to engagement programs of all kinds.

Armed with ROI data, companies are better able to defend existing programs, justify future spend and fuel evidence-based continuous improvement of incentive, meeting, event, reward, recognition and loyalty programs.

"Engaging people with well designed programs has never been more important, yet today these programs are being scrutinized by board members, stockholders, the media - even elected officials. We want to give leadership hope by helping them prove the value of their investments in people and identifying ways to improve effectiveness," says Todd Hanson, President of Catalyst Performance Group, Inc. and a twenty year industry veteran.

ROI Methodology is a worldwide accepted method of measuring ROI that includes isolation techniques and strict guiding principles, all in an effort to create results measurement that is credible with C-Level executives.

"Our partnership with Catalyst allows us to meet the specialized needs of engagement initiatives and help companies confidently deploy programs knowing that they have credible ways to forecast and measure ROI."

The project will include real-time PDA-enabled session evaluation and post-event follow up that will measure the business impact that took place after the show.

Learning opportunities will include a session at The Motivation Show entitled "To Meet or Not to Meet" presented by Todd Hanson, President and Founder of Catalyst, one day ROI workshop focusing on engagement scheduled for November 17, 2009 in Chicago, a five day certification workshop with an emphasis on engagement scheduled for October 19 - 23, 2009 in Long Beach, MS and the ROI of Engagement Webinar Series offered during the months following the Motivation Show. A book on the subject is also in development.
