BizBash, host of the largest trade show for the event community on the East Coast, announced that it will launch a Catering Products Pavilion in association with the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) New York chapter, at its October 21 expo at the Javits Center.
The Pavilion is specifically designed to appeal to catering and hotel food-and-beverage executives and event planning decision-makers who influence the purchase of more $4 billion in products and services.
According to David Adler, C.E.O. and founder of BizBash, "Just the F&B managers of the top hotels in New York alone are probably the largest buyers of wine and spirits by the case-not to mention everything from staples to boutique items, rentals, and more-and they are right in our backyard."
