Description of Service:
ViON is an
internationally active agency for event communication and media
production.
The range of services
that ViON offers includes all aspects of events related to event
marketing, as well as the contents and media to be produced in this
context. Essentially, these are marketing, corporate and exhibition
events, together with incentives.
The services provided
range from strategic consulting and creative thinking, on to conception
and planning and finally to technical equipment and responsible
realisation of events. Furthermore, there is the didactic preparation of
contents, production of the necessary media and structure of event
staging.
Ideally, customers are
served by the whole range of products in any given project. All operative
units are set up so that they can perform self-sufficiently or in
co-operation with other operative divisions within the company. For
example, customers may be offered purely technical services or can request
only participant management.

Strategic consulting, conception and realisation of projects for
experience-oriented communication. Travel management, art-buying, content
editing.
Video:
Production of corporate films incl. filming, video post production in own
editing studio.
Audio:
Sound and
synchronisation of video and speech recordings in own recording studio.
Graphics:
Visual presentation accompaniment, development of graphic appearances (key
visuals, graphic basic pattern), event structure: graphics for video and
slideshows, draft and production of prints and decoration elements.
Interactive:
Technical, content and didactic conception and production of on and
off-line applications.
Technology:
Technical project management and planning, presentation, video, sound and
light technology, construction of stages and crossbeams, and special
effects.
