Stephen Schuldenfrei, President of the Trade Show Exhibitors Association (TSEA), announced that the association is accepting nominations for its 2006 Distinguished Service Award, which is bestowed upon individuals or organizations that have made significant contributions to the exhibition and event marketing industry.

“TSEA invites exhibit and event marketing professionals to submit nominations for its 2006 Distinguished Service Awards,” says Schuldenfrei.

“Our industry continues to evolve because of individuals and organizations that unselfishly give of their time and talent, so that exhibitions and events can be recognized as a viable part of the marketing mix. TSEA would like to commend these contributions.”

The deadline to submit nominations for TSEA’s 2006 Distinguished Service Award is May 2, 2006. As in previous years, nominations will be judged by the TSEA Executive Committee, which is comprised of exhibit and event marketing professionals.

Awardees will be recognized at TS2® 2006 - Where Trade Shows and Corporate Events Begin, July 25-27 in Chicago, Ill., profiled in a TSEA-issued press release, detailed on TSEA’s web site, and spotlighted in TSEA’s bi-monthly electronic newsletter, eNews.
