The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre Appoints Two New Directors In Strategic Development Move

The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC), London’s most prestigious purpose built centre for professional meetings and events, has announced the appointment of two directors to the team in line with strategic development at the Centre.

 

John French has been appointed as The QEIICC’s finance director, and will be responsible for managing and directing all of the Centre’s financial operations.

 

Since qualifying with Ernst & Whinney, John has taken several financial director roles, most recently in SysMedia Group plc, renowned for supplying software solutions for the broadcast industry.

 

Comments John: “I strongly believe that The QEIICC has great potential to build on its already established reputation, location and impressive staff skills base. I look forward to the challenges ahead.”

 

Also recently appointed, Raj Pragji is the new HR director at the Centre.

 

She will be responsible for maintaining HR standards and best practice across all departments as well as leading organisational development activity in line with QEIICC Corporate and Business Plans.

 

Having previously worked with The Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs, she has vast experience in working within a Government organisation.
