The European Federation of Conference Towns (EFCT) announced the launch of a new website initiative for RFP distribution, to centralise all contacts and simplify the search process. The new “Meeting Organiser Section” of the EFCT website allows meeting organisers to post one or more RFPs online and send them simultaneously to selected destinations of interest. In this section, meeting planner will find profiles of selected destinations and their facilities. An added resource, in order to identify the most suitable destinations and venues matching your requirements, is an online searchable database profiling over 90 EFCT member destinations, detailing the number of available bedrooms, meeting halls, maximum capacity and total exhibition space. Before circulating an RFP, Meeting Organisers can simply register to use the “Meeting Organiser Section” and will receive an individual username and password. All personalised information is remembered and password protected, so that RFP details are stored and can be revisited, altered or re-sent as required. EFCT is a fast, accurate and independent source of information for meeting organisers to search for destinations in Europe.
