Candice Ashwin, recently appointed as Managing Director of TEC Video Production has welcomed two experienced players to the team.

Daryl Tuchman has some 15 years in television production as a producer and director, while Ken Kirsten’s celebrated career in local television spans some 30 years, including a 5 year stint in the US – producing, writing and directing for television first since the medium made its appearance in South Africa.

Together with Damian Armstrong, whose current, cutting-edge work brings a young, creative perspective to projects, the team is set to make its mark on the industry.

“This dynamic team’s experience allows for a broad offering to clients,” says Ashwin. “We have the ability to direct, produce or co-produce everything from corporate videos, infomercials, commercials, documentaries and music videos to handling live broadcasts of mammoth proportions.”

TEC’s Video Production and Multi-Media divisions work independently, functioning as distinct business units, while sharing a common vision of providing clients with practical, creative solutions which integrate their brand’s core message and meet its objectives.

TEC Multi-Media and Video Production’s most recent collaboration was on the visual and video elements for the Coca-Cola LED Sign Turn-On which took place on Wednesday 13 July 2005, at the Top Star Drive-In, south of Johannesburg’s CBD.

“We aim to partner with our clients to deliver powerful results, making our mark in the industry as the best integrated creative agency,” concludes Ashwin.
