The latest web, wireless and mobile technologies can be used for the life span of an event. From promoting the profile, organisation and administration, right through to evaluating the success of an event – a unique range of technologies are now available.

Prior to an event taking place, organisations can conduct e-mail, SMS text or voice notification campaigns to contact possible attendees. This information is collated and imported into the online or offline databases before the event. Both off-line and Web based software can be provided to suit individual organisations requirements. Registration is available via the web and offline.

During the event the organiser benefits from real time reporting and can access the system via a pocket PC for up-to-the-minute information. Delegates are provided with a personal agenda itemising their timetable and can also use the pocket PC’s for online voting, feedback and tracking. We also provide On-site registration services using both traditional methods and RFID technology.

After the event has finished on-line questionnaires/evaluations can be posted as can video or photos of the proceedings. Abstracts can be published for all to view and comprehensive reports and statistics are available for the organiser.

Simon Young  from Mission Business Systems explains “Organisations nowadays require technology to deliver results in every area relating to their event not just the booking details. We provide unique technologies such as Voice Master, Registration Master, Event Master & Regis software to help the organiser with the whole process of putting together a successful event. The best news for the organiser is that these technologies are available on a pay-as-you-go basis”.

Mission Business Systems will be at the Technology Tap IMEX (April 19-12, 2005 Frankfurt, Germany)
