Wendy Moffatt announced strategic changes within Spectra’s management team. Effective 1st February 2006, Wendy will assume the position of Chairman of the Board.

Paul Miller, a Board Director (and currently President of SITE Great Britain Chapter) is promoted to Managing Director and Jeremy Brown, who joined Spectra last March as Director of Operations, becomes the newest member of the Board, along with current directors - Wendy and Paul.

When making the announcement at Spectra’s annual industry party, Wendy commented, “Spectra was established in 1951. In 1994, my late husband John and I took the company into a new phase, with the intention of building upon the success of a well known and respected company.”

“It was important from the beginning that we design a plan which would address employee and customer needs well into the future. These appointments will now ensure the successful transition of these two members of Spectra’s key management team into even greater roles of responsibility.”
