The merger will leverage the expertise of both businesses, and ensure that both Showcare and Laser Registration customers gain access to an expanded solution portfolio, while continuing to receive the benefits of existing services.

Currently, more than 80 world-wide associations, corporations and for-profit organizations enhance their 280 events, conferences and tradeshows with solutions offered by the two organizations.
