For the second year the Italian PCO, EGA Professional Congress Organisers, was in charge of the welcoming activity for the Roman Movie Festival.

This year, EGA has decided to join Fondazione Cinema per Roma, organiser of the Festival, as a technical partner of the event, which has been held in Rome from 18th to 27th October, 2007.

EGA provided all the back-office activities regarding incoming, flight booking and hotel reservation for press, moviestars and people of the showbiz from all over the world, who attended the Festival.

The company’s staff also headed the guests’ welcoming at the airports and hotels, on the red carpet and at the various events that took place in the city: from Via Veneto to Piazza del Popolo, from Cinecittà to “Greater Rome”.

EGA can count on personnel, which is highly qualified, skilled, multilingual and with a deep knowledge of Rome and of the whole context where the Festival takes place.

EGA’s staff was therefore able to cope with the Organisation in order to ensure that all the attendees received proper and correct information.

EGA’s personnel is in fact well aware about the importance of a good flow of information for a successful event.

Regarding the Movie Festival, EGA shared with Fondazione Cinema per Roma the same goals: 1. stimulate Romans to go to the movie, 2. help the Film Industry to grow and sustain the newcomers, 3. bring business to the city.
