RegOnline announced the introduction of its new event marketing system called RegMail™.

RegMail provides an email broadcast technology that is tightly integrated with the RegOnline event registration service used by meeting planners and event organizers to accept registrations, process payments, and manage events online.

RegMail includes many advanced features designed for the event marketer such as:

• RSVP - Allows planners to send email invitations requesting the recipient to indicate whether or not they will attend an event. RegMail tracks Yes and No responses at the aggregate event level and for each individual invitation recipient
• Mail Merge - Provides the ability to personalize email messages by merging the recipients' name, company name, and other information into the body of an email message - including custom fields that are specified by the event planner
• Tell-A-Friend - A powerful viral marketing tool that automates the process of forwarding an email message to friends and colleagues. RegMail forwards the message with a note from the referrer and adds the referee's name to the event database
• Automatic Opt-Out Handling - Automates the process of allowing recipients to indicate that they do not wish to receive further promotional email from the sender

RegMail is completely integrated with a planner's database of past attendees and current prospect lists. RegOnline's clients can create and manage lists from their master database and upload new records into the database from other lists.

Each list member's activity is recorded for future marketing purposes, including past events attended, responses to RSVP invitations, and custom attributes defined by the planner.
