Certain Software^® announced the release of Register123™ Version 4.5, introducing new features that provide an integrated meeting management technology solution

The Register123 professional online registration and attendee management system has been enhanced with new budgeting capabilities, to provide meeting and event planners with greater control of expenses and reporting.

And the personal documents tool allows users to create individualized documents, such as agendas and confirmation letters. Register123 helps organizations of all sizes manage and consolidate meeting data in real-time.

Register123 Version 4.5 offers:

New Budget Module provides planners with the tools to assign standard or custom General Ledger accounts to their meeting expenses, track projected vs. actual spending, and compile expense report data across events, for greater control of spending consolidation and negotiation with suppliers.  

Personal Documents feature allows users to generate customized documents for individuals or groups of registrants such as individual meeting agendas, custom badges, confirmation letters and packing slips. All can now be automatically printed out in convenient Word, PDF or HTML formats. Planners can choose a Personal Document Template from the Register123 library, or create custom document templates according to their individual needs.

The new Custom Registration Properties feature lets users add up to 4 custom properties for each event they are hosting, by adding “Yes/No” flags to track custom processes, such as “Confirmation Letter Printed” or “Assigned to Breakouts.”

New Web Integration Links let managers add hyperlinks on both the Administrator and Registrant sides that transfer data to external web sites – this feature allows seamless integration with Passkey and other third-party web applications.

Scan Registration Codes gives users the ability to scan a bar-coded registration code and automatically update that registration’s status.
