On-mountain facilities for business functions and client hospitality are available at ParkCity Mountain Resort's  Legacy Lodge throughout February 2002, including those days when the resort is hosting 2002 Olympic Winter Games competitions.

The resort's new three-story Legacy Lodge offers deluxe meeting and catering facilities and easy viewing of the top half of the GS skiing course. The building, which anchors the Park City Mountain Resort center, also offers direct access to competition attendees, resort skiers and snowboarders. Event ticket holders must pass by the building in order to reach competition entrance gates.

Projections call for daily attendance of 20,000+ spectators/skiers and 3,000+ media at the resort, on each of the venue's six days of Olympic Winter Games competition. Companies wishing to entertain large or small groups of clients during the Olympic Winter Games may now do so at Park City Mountain Resort, and they can enhance these activities with customized skiing, riding, guiding, equipment and lesson services for their guests, said Bonnie Crail, vice president, marketing for the resort.

This is the only place in the world where a company will be able to entertain customers in February 2002, and allow them to ski or ride on the same mountain where Olympic competition in alpine skiing and snowboarding is occurring at the same time. What a great way to combine a business function with a once-in-a-lifetime winter holiday experience for invited guests.

Companies wishing to book private hospitality space for this period may contact Crail directly at Park City Mountain Resort at 435/647-5443. Lodging inquiries may be directed to Mountain Reservations at 800/222-PARK. Mountain Reservations has access to 90 percent of the lodging in Park City.
