The Boston Business Journal named NXTevent the fastest growing Destination Management Company in the region and to keep up with their high demand, NXTevent has recently added two key members to their staff:

Ashley Farrington, Account Manager

Ashley Farrington has been hired as Account Manager at NXTevent. Already shining with outstanding results, Ashley is responsible for all aspects of client relationships and account management from the initial proposal and contract development followed by site inspections and to the onsite execution.

Ashley has been instrumental in business development and sales opportunities, especially in our growing incentive and 5-Star Market, as well as our corporate backyard.

After graduating Bates College, Ashley worked in the Yachting Incentive Market and headed up and directed a premier destination and event venue - Riverside Farm in Vermont - as Event Manager and Planner/Property Manager.

Ashley worked as an integral part of Hoodwink’s Event Production team based out of Boston and her future ambitions include sports marketing entertainment opportunities in international sailing races and programs.

Jessica Pavao, Operations Coordinator

Jessica Pavao joined the NXTevent team last spring as a Business Coordinator/Event Apprentice and was quickly promoted to Operations Coordinator. Her new position involves production for all programs, including anything from transportation, staffing, working with vendors, and executing programs that account managers design.

Jessica studied at the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

While working at the Iron Horse Entertainment Group, Jessica gained excellent experience in the promotions and events industry.
