ME Productions, Florida's largest Destination Management and Event Production Company, announced the appointment of Debra Myers as Executive Sales & Event Manager for ME's Western Central Florida Market and Greater Tampa Bay Metropolitan Area to include Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Sarasota.

Debra Myers has been in the hospitality industry for the last six years handling accounts that have included American Express, Johnson & Johnson, and Bayer, with events staged in New York, Orlando, and most recently, Tampa.

Myers' vision for ME's future in Tampa is nothing short of bright. Myers stresses providing a higher quality of service, and says she wants ME Productions to become synonymous with corporate event planning in Tampa, Florida.

"I am excited about the opportunity to be the most creative, energetic and reliable resource in Tampa for one-stop service and look forward to sharing the 'ME Difference' with my clients."

"Tampa has been making tremendous strides as a corporate convention destination since hosting the Super Bowl XXXV in 2001, bringing it from a fifth-tier market to a competitive second-tier market rivaling New Orleans, LA, and St. Luis, MO," says Michael Quatrini, ME's General Manager, Orlando.

"Myers knows this market," added Quatrini. "The idea was to bring Debra on with the intention of moving her over to Tampa. This was pre-planned."
