The winning product, the Mobile Event Assistant – or Mobile Exhibition Assistant for trade shows, will be able to meet visitors and exhibitors needs for event information, communication and interaction through their own mobile phone, PDA or laptop during EIBTM. The Mobile Exhibition Assistant has been designed based on the research of the actual needs of event participants. Through this service, EIBTM exhibitors and Hosted Buyers can quickly access their personal appointment schedule, search for exhibitors, view the seminar listings, and check the shuttle bus timetable as well as obtain information on transport, travel and hotel information in Barcelona. Mandy Torrens, Exhibition Director for EIBTM comments: “Our partnership with LOG ON is very exciting as we are now able to offer an enhanced experience to all our exhibitors and visitors thanks to information being available literally at their finger tips.
