The Trade Show Exhibitors Association (TSEA) has awarded its Certified Manager of Exhibits (CME®) designation to Lisha Gorman, Customer Events Manager, Masterfoods USA, and Bill Horten, Trade Shows Coordinator, Mitchell International.

Lisha Gorman recently became the Customer Events Manager at Masterfoods USA—a Division of Mars Incorporated, manufacturers of many powerhouse brands.

Gorman is responsible for the planning, housing, execution, and budgeting for all Masterfoods USA customer-related events, including trade shows, business suites, conferences and VIP events.

To date, she has managed the company's presence at the Food Marketing Institute's National Event and All Candy Expo, the nation's largest gathering of confection manufacturers hosted by the National Candy Association.

Prior to her employment with Masterfoods, Gorman was with National Starch & Chemical and managed approximately 125 shows a year. She was responsible for all aspects of their trade show program, including budget planning, creative marketing, promotional opportunities, and vendor management.

Bill Horten is the Trade Shows Coordinator at Mitchell International—a leading provider of information, workflow, and performance management solutions to the collision insurance and repair markets. Horten has worked for Mitchell's Corporate Marketing department for more than five years.

He is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Mitchell's presence at the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE) annual trade show in Las Vegas, and at approximately 30 regional and specialized shows and conventions throughout the year.

Horten also oversees and advances Mitchell's industry presence through speaking opportunities, developing seminar topics and scheduling Mitchell's subject matter experts to appear at conferences and tradeshows across the country.

He is also responsible for managing Mitchell's various association memberships and corporate sponsorships, and assists with event marketing and corporate events, such as national sales meetings, customer and user group sessions, and sales incentive trips and reward packages.

TSEA’s CME® program is the only association-sponsored certification program that recognizes professionalism in exhibit management and marketing. For more information about the CME® program, visit www.tsea.org/Education.
