Kadoro Organised A Lively Launch For HP’s Newest Product Range

A fresh approach and plenty of daring are touchstones for Kadoro Events and Communications, as evidenced by their launch for HP’s new product  range  - which certainly grabbed everyone’s attention and got them talking!

“The event brief from Pulicis required incorporating elements from HP's brand new World Wide print 2.0 campaign,“ explains Amanda Maynard, MD of Kadoro.

“The campaign is inspired by Gwen Stefani, leveraging a combination of iconic pop and fashion; using this as our point of departure, the three companies conspired to deliver a dazzling launch at The Venue, Melrose Arch in early October.”

The avante garde world of haute couture inspired Kadoro to choreograph an edgy fashion show guaranteed to blow away HP resellers, staff, media - and even some  competitors.

“This fun, interactive event complemented market-leader HP’s credo of doing things differently just perfectly!” laughs Amanda.

To set the scene, the fashion show opened with the reveal of a custom-made HP cartridge box dress designed by local couturier Natasha.

Thereafter lithe, body-painted models took to the runway to display HP’s latest range - they swirled, twirled and strutted their stuff while guests were given full technical, descriptive introductions to each product by MC Ursula Stapelfeldt.

After the show guests mingled, enjoying colourful cocktails and making the most of the opportunity to interact with the products (not forgetting the technical experts!) in futuristic, interactive pods, especially created for the event.

Aside from the up-to-the-minute fashion show and vivid drinks, the entertainment included a rousing performance by the Drum Café versus First Project.

“I feel that this format really managed to give the guests an experience of the product in an original, dynamic way while also making a statement for our client’s brand that even as it’s great to be innovative and happening, it’s even better to be at the very forefront  of fashionable trends!”  says Amanda.
