Italian Auditorium Parco della Musica Receives “IAPCO Award for Excellence”

Auditorium Parco della Musica has received the prestigious ‘IAPCO National Supplier Award’ during a Round Table organised by EGA Professional Congress Organisers, the Italian PCO member of IAPCO since its early start.

 

“I’m very proud to get this award” the President of Fondazione Musica per Roma, Gianni Borgna, commented while receiving the Award.

 

The congress centre – the first one in Italy to get this award – was nominated by EGA in recognition of the facilities and the high standard quality provided during it’s firts years of activity.

 

The Round Table took place in the AUDITORIUM and its topic was liaised to the award, covering the importance of excellence in the Congress Industry.

 

Local politicians and professionals joined the meeting: the Deputy Mayor of Rome, Maria Pia Garavaglia, the heads of the Regional and Roman authorities for Turism Raffaele Ranucci and Patrizia Ninci, the General Manager of Federalberghi Lazio, Tommaso Tanzilli, the Vice President of the Italian Small Industry Council (UIR), Vittoria Carli and the President of EGA, Emma Aru.

 

Stimulated by a strongly involved Emma Aru, everybody agreed in recognising the importance of acting as a real team in the Italian MICE and Hospitality Industry.

 

This is the only way to offer competitive and cost effective services to both Italian and international clients. “For international competition is getting bigger and harder and we cannot lose our chance and be left behind”, said Emma Aru concluding her speech.
