Hyatt Regency Boston has just received the 2005 Award of Excellence from Corporate & Incentive Travel magazine.

This is the fifth service award that the hotel has received in 2005.

The Hyatt Regency Boston was recognized by the readers of Corporate & Incentive Travel magazine who voted for those that best served their corporate meetings and/or incentive travel programs during the past year.

Riding the forefront of technology, while staying attuned to aesthetic comfort and promoting environmental responsibility, Hyatt Regency Boston recently completed a $10.5 million renovation. Renovations at this four-star, four-diamond hotel include modernizing the look and feel, incorporating WiFi access, and enacting eco-friendly initiatives. But all guests see is a luxury enclave amidst the bustling streets.

“The renovation has made the hotel even more desirable to travelers.” said David Nadelman, General Manager, Hyatt Regency Boston, “We see this in the growth in occupancy as well as the service awards bestowed upon us by meeting professionals and others.”

The 2005 Award of Excellence is just the most recent in a long line of prestigious awards that the hotel has received in 2005. Last month, readers of Successful Meetings Magazine awarded the Hyatt Regency Boston the Pinnacle Award.

The hotel has also received an Environmental Merit Award from the Environmental Protection Agency for its green initiatives. In addition, after four years of being non- rate, the hotel was recently awarded with a AAA 4 Diamond Award.

And earlier this year, the Hyatt Regency Boston won the $50,000 Cintas Define Your Design Uniform Makeover Contest.
