As for the other five Starwood properties in the region – The Luxury Collection Haciendas in Yucatan and Campeche - they were not damaged and are fully operational. During that period, the Cancun Hotels will waive “No shows” and “cancellation penalties” as well as reimburse all deposits made to guarantee reservations for those dates.
