Ultimate Ventures, a premiere Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex destination management company, is excited to announce that Cindy Hartner has joined the team as a senior sales manager.

Cindy, a Dallas native is a welcome addition to the Ultimate Ventures family with sixteen years of catering, meeting, and event sales and management experience.

Cindy has a talent for making a difference no matter where she is.

Most recently, her tenure with Wynnwood Catering at the Dallas Museum of Art as the corporate events director gave her the opportunity to participate in many high profile large local events including the Art Ball, exhibition openings, and many large upscale receptions and dinners for corporate and individual patrons of the arts.

Previously, she was the director of sales at Cityplace Conference Center and catering director at Hackberry Creek Country Club where her reputation for attention to detail and creativity is legendary.

Cindy is an active member of International Special Events Society (ISES), serving as president of the Dallas Chapter from 2004-2005, and currently serving on an international committee.

Given her passionate commitment to Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex as the BEST destination for meetings and events, this is active with the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau as a member of the Member Services Committee and the Services Awareness Committee.

Additionally, Cindy is a newly appointed member of the Advisory Board for the Travel, Exposition and Meeting Management program at Richland College lending her expertise to newcomers in the hospitability industry.

Cindy has received numerous industry honors throughout her career including multiple Texas Star Awards; ISES Dallas Chapter Spirit Award in 2003; ISES Dallas Chapter Pinnacle Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2004; and serving as the opening night event co-chair for The Special Event Conference in 2006.
