Alice Springs Convention Centre will feature at the Asia-Pacific Incentives and Meetings Exposition (AIME) in Melbourne on February 18-19.

Situated about 1,600 kilometres (1,000 miles) from any major city the Northern Territory's first dedicated purpose-built convention centre caters for up to 1,200 delegates with additional capacity for an extra 500 people for business conventions, conferences, exhibitions, incentives, presentations, functions, symposia and other business events.

"Europeans are fascinated by the cultural and natural history of the region. We also want to expand that enthusiasm to encompass more of our closer neighbours from New Zealand to throughout the Asia-Pacific," said general manager Caroline Angel.
