ExpoExchange, the US’s leader in registration and sales lead management, introduced Interactive.Net, a service that enhances communication among trade show exhibitors and attendees.

This upgraded suite of attendee interactive tools is tightly integrated with ExpoExchange’s new registration software to not only help its clients attain the most from attendance, but also enable attendees to keep in touch with priorities back home.

By visiting an Interactive.Net kiosk on the trade show floor, attendees are able to build personal itineraries including a list of exhibitors to visit, registered sessions, or potential seminars to attend.

Additionally, attendees may access email and the Internet, network with other attendees via the onsite message center, locate booths and product offerings, print a CEU or CME certificate, search educational opportunities and more.

“Interactive.Net is also an important tool for show management,” said John Steiger, Manager of Show Floor Service, ExpoExchange. “They can view session or product search reports to gain insight as to what companies or industries their attendees are interested in which helps guide the selection of exhibitors or sessions for future shows.”

The American Society of Neuroradiology has experienced not only significant cost savings, but also a much higher rate of response to attendee surveys from implementing Interactive.Net’s CEU Manager and Survey Center.

“Interactive.Net's CEU Manager has significantly reduced our costs by saving us staff time as well as paper and postage costs--plus the Survey Center has increased the amount of evaluation data we collect onsite, making evaluations more useful and comprehensive,” said Lora J. Tannehill, CMP, Director of Scientific Meetings, American Society of Neuroradiology. “We also like that the Internet Café and Message Center is customized with our logo so it looks like it’s our own--and our attendees are happy that they can access email onsite.”

A completely customizable tool, customers of ExpoExchange may choose to utilize the entire package of tools offered by Interactive.Net or select individual modules that suit the needs of their event.

“At ExpoExchange we understand that our customers are competing to get attendees to their shows. By helping to deliver integrated products that enhance the tradeshow experience, we serve as a differentiator,” said Dave Lutz, President, ExpoExchange. “And providing communication channels that make the experience less stressful and more productive for attendees increases the value of the participation for everyone involved.”
