Henry V, the Pacific Northwest’s oldest and largest events company, has created a new division to serve the needs of meeting and event professionals looking to bring visitors to Oregon.

Known as Explore Portland, the new division has two primary tracks: full service tours/excursions and destination event management.

Both tracks offer clients a sole point of contact as they plan and evaluate their destination experience.

And in keeping with Northwest values, all Explore Portland services allow clients to “green” their experience with eco-friendly options.

“We realized there was no ‘one-stop shop’ for those looking to host meetings and events in the Portland metro area, let alone other Oregon spots,” said Jerry Green, Explore Portland’s Destination Director.

“Because we use a flexible, component-driven model, meeting planning professionals can use us for whatever they need — from arranging a single tour to producing every element of a meeting or event.”

Ties to parent company Henry V remain strong, enabling the company’s full-time, in-house planning professionals to supply logistical, creative, managerial and technical services.
