Bavaria Hotels International Chief Executive Officer, Thomas H. F. Gertz, recently announced the appointment of Mr Dany Barakat as Director of Human Resources for Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai.

Welcoming Dany to the team, Mr Gertz acknowledged his strong background in both hospitality operations and human resources management:

“Dany brings to Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai over 8 years’ experience, within both the hospitality industry and the corporate sector, of intensive human resources management and staff training.”

As Human Resources Manager for Abdul Rahman Hallab & Sons in Lebanon, with 400 employees, Dany was most recently responsible for structuring the HR department, team building, setting policies & procedures together with recruitment & training.

His hospitality experience was gained in the Gefinor Rotana Hotel, Beirut, Lebanon where he was responsible for over 250 members of staff.
