In its 14th year, Australia’s largest annual events expo, Sydney on Sale will be held from 23-24 July 2003, in Halls 1 and 2 of the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre (SCEC), Darling Harbour Sydney Australia.

Leveraging from 2002’s record 6,467 visitors, the Sydney Convention & Visitors Bureau (SCVB), the event’s organisers, will again invite event suppliers Australia-wide to exhibit.

Jon Hutchison, Managing Director for the Sydney Convention & Visitors Bureau (SCVB) said, “Opening up the show to suppliers Australia wide for the first time in 2002 was a great way to showcase the broadest range of event products and services.”

“Given the narrowing margins we face in our industry, event and meeting organisers continue to seek ways to reduce costs. An emphasis of Sydney on Sale is to provide innovative ideas on how organisers can get the best value for money by holding meetings and events in Sydney and Regional NSW.”

Sydney on Sale is recognised as the one-stop shop for people planning any type of event for example meetings, exhibitions, special events, training programs, corporate retreats, trade shows, corporate entertainment, team building events, conferences and product launches.

As Australia's leading business events expo, Sydney on Sale 2003 will build on the success of last year, where over 392 companies benefited from exhibiting, and 85 percent of corporate buyers indicated that they would purchase products seen at Sydney on Sale.

Exhibitors and visitors can find the latest information on the show’s special features and developments through the Sydney on Sale website: www.sydneyonsale.com from February 1, 2003.
